Fresh isn’t a brand that I’d heard too much about when I feasted my eyes on their inviting display on my fateful Sephora visit (if you fancy witnessing a Sephora rave, check here). I had heard a few raves about the Sugar Lip Treatment though, and I’m a sucker for a good lip balm (almost two tubs down with the By Terry Baume de Rose proves that) so grabbed one into my basket. Then I started testing their rollerball perfumes. Sweet Mother of Sephora the Brown Sugar scent smelt heavenly, so in that went too. Then I found both products in an ‘On-the-Go Faves’ travel set with the Seaberry Restorative Body Cream for cheaper than buying the two individually. Sold!

I can’t say I’m particularly too fussed about the Seaberry Restorative Body Cream. It nourishes the skin, isn’t too greasy and generally does the job, but when it comes to body lotions I’m all over Kheil’s for that. The real stars of the show for me are the  Sugar Lip Treatment and Brown Sugar Eau de Parfum. As I’ve said the Brown Sugar scent is a complete and utter nosegasm (yes you read that right) – the perfect combination of sweet and citrusy. I will most 100% be picking up a larger size of this EDP when I can. It’s not the longest lasting scent in the world, but it’s forgiven cause it smells simply glorious. I can’t even compare it to anything that I own, a definite contender for my favourite scent. It can fight it out with Paco Rabanne Lady Million at the top. Then the Sugar Lip Treatment, which coincidently also smells of the Brown Sugar scent gets a serious thumbs up on first impressions. I like the fact that it’s in stick form as most of my favourites come in pots, making it very easy to throw on on the go and it’s what’s been inhabiting my travel makeup bag since I purchased it. It feels very silky on the lips, not too oily and leaves them feeling nourished for the day. It even gets a nod of approval from my Boyfriend who is the ultimate lip balm conisor – so it must be good then!

Now unfortunately Fresh isn’t readily available in the UK – typical. But there is a store in London (details here), and it looks as though you can contact the store to enquire about international orders. So I will be stocking up on all things sweet and sugary there. Have any of you guys tried anything from Fresh before? Fancy trying their cult Brown Sugar range?

Great post! I’m still looking for the lipbalm of my dreams! Do you have Yves Rocher in the UK? Anyway.. lovely! xx

  • Caroline

They have a store in LA with all their perfumes in huge glass vats and the SA’s will decant the one you want into a bottle the size of your choice. It’s so cool!

  • Mai-anne Nguyen

sigh, nearly got excited here but it’s another “natural” brand including yucky ingredients :/ bht sounds a bit scary :(  hope I’m not too much of a party pooper here..

  • Miranda Hayes

Ive always been a fan of their fragrances, but i have far too many bottles to justify buying a full size of anything. I need to take on your One In One Out policy!!!

After your Sephora haul I went and looked online and couldn’t find a single brand I wanted to purchase online that shipped to the Netherlands. I actually wrote an entire blogpost about it haha.

Anyways, would die to try out some of their products! Am just afraid that ordering from London will be bloody expensive :( x

Try the Sugar Lychee perfume from Fresh! That’s my favorite Fresh perfume and I think you’ll really like it. It’s very uplifting, light and fresh (no pun intended).

I can’t get Fresh in South Africa either and when my best friend in Toronto (just before I left) bought me the Brown Sugar Eau de Parfum and Lip Treatment, AMG. I’m pretty finnicky with Lip Treatments and balms since I don’t really wear colour but I can honestly say this is probably the best I’ve ever used. I am indeed using sparingly– so tough!

Love the sound of the lip balm. I really need to get myself some on the go essentials

  • Lily Pebbles

I’m obsessed with the brown sugar lip balm. I love the shop on Marylebone high street too. My mum’s always been a big fan of Fresh. Their perfumes are lovely too.

    Hi Annaaaa!
would love if you did a sort of “favourite beauty bloggers” post. or have you done that before?

  • Charlotte

Hey Anna, I received a mini Fresh sugar lip treatment (regular+the rose version) as a birthday gift when I last went to Sephora. It wasn’t my birthday but I wasn’t about to ruin the fun :) I loved the lip balms, sooo moisturising, I put it on at night before going to bed as a sort of nightly pampering ritual. The only downside I found is that it was a little soft, so I ended up putting too much on and running out of it after two weeks :(
    Really enjoy your videos !

I almost wish I hadn’t read this now, I want to try out that perfume SO BADLY! x
