Skincare Repurchases

I can be a little floozy with my skincare from time to time. I own too many masks to count on one hand, spot treatments galore and don’t even get me started on cleansers. But there are a few products that I’ve gone back to time and time again and I think it’s fair to say they are pretty much permanent features in my routine. Say hello to the skincare repurchases…

To see any of these products in this genre of feature will be no surprise to you guys who’ve had a read of this blog before, but easily the most unsurprising is the Bioderma Crealine H2O Solution. My go-to makeup remover of choice since the beginning of the year, I’m now on my third bottle, with a fourth ready for action in my beauty stocks. It’s not easy to get hold of (see this post for the seller I use), but it’s darn effective and agrees nicely with my skin. Another skin agreeing product is the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum (full review here). I went mad for this a few months ago, but since I’ve begun to incorporate other night time treatments into my routine I haven’t had as much of a need for this. However I’m on my second bottle of the stuff and it’s something I still reach for if I need to go back to basics with my routine. I’ve actually lost count of the number of times I’ve repurchased the Caudalie Beauty Elixir, I go through the 30ml bottles like they’re going out of fashion and I’m onto my last few spritzes of the 100ml one after just a few months. I don’t think there’s anything I can say about this product that I haven’t said before. Refreshing? Yes. Multi-tasking? Yes. Smells incredible (although it’s a bit of a love or hate scent)? In my eyes, hell yeah. I tend to use it as a toner in my routine or just as a face-freshener in the warmer weather. Finally the Origins Vitazing is a daytime moisturiser with a hint of tint that I always gravitate back to. Oil-free and with a sheer tint release this is a great morning moisturiser to throw on on it’s own for lazy days or as a base for makeup. A third bottle of this is on my ‘to-buy’ list.

So there you have my non-floozy skincare repeat purchases. Hell some of them I’m on my fourth purchase of – now those are definitely pillars in my routine.

Now, I will definitely buy the origins vitazing moisturiser.
I really enjoy your blog, and several times a day, I find my self looking at your blog, hoping for a new entry.

Coincidentally I just purchased the Bioderma and Estee
Lauder ANR serum for the first time online (still waiting for both to arrive)
but I’m looking forward to working them into my skincare regime. Hopefully
    they’ll work a lil skincare magic ;)

When you said “In my eyes, hell yeah” I read it all wrong and was like WHY WOULD YOU SPRAY IT IN YOUR EYES OH GOD NO

Love Bioderma and Caudalie too! I wanted to buy Estee Lauder one for my mom as a gift initially. Now I want it for myself too. (After reading your review on that item!) I’ve yet to try any Origin products though. Looks like I’ve been missing out much. :X
