Product Pick of the Week: Avene Cleanance Mask - bye, bye blemishes. Off you go. My skin has been in all sorts of bother since my face-painting episode a few weeks back, slowly but surely though things are getting back to normal and I’m going to credit some of that complexion clearing to this. An exfoliating and spot busting clay-based mask that gently exfoliates as it is sloughed away.
Blog Post of the Week: Kate’s Drugstore Skincare Recommendations, though I’m cheating a little here as it’s a post and a video. My bad. I’m always a little stumped when it comes to skincare stuffs on the cheap, so this video has provided a plethora of products that I’ve engrained into my brain for my next Boots visit. Thanks Kate!
Must-Watch of the Week: It’s got to be this adorable Halloween tutorial from Emma. A Bambi makeover – what could be cuter? I’m all spooky soirée-ed out for the season, but if you’re off out tonight and stumped for inspiration then this is a good place to start. Throw some twigs in your hair for antlers and you’re done.
Added to the Wishlist this Week: There is so much beauty newness that is wetting my whistle right now, but top of the wishlist pack has to be the Kevyn Aucoin The Celestial Skin Liquid Lighting. Billed as an illuminating emulsion that primes and highlights I’m sensing it will be a subtler all-over-dewifier of their powder version. I’m all over it.
